This is a final reminder that any creditor with outstanding unliquidated or contingent claims for Western Employers Insurance Company ("WEIC") must file an updated proof of claim form by July 3, 2017. Only claims that are demonstrated to have been liquidated or resolved by April 28, 2017 will be considered eligible for payment.
WEIC was placed into liquidation on April 19, 1991 and the initial proof of claim date was November 15, 1991. Creditors who filed contingent claims were required to file updated claims by August 31, 2010. WEIC's current distribution rate is 60%.
