We are very happy to announce the KCIC Class of 2020! It seems that each recruiting round proves more successful than the last and this year was no different. The relationships we have cultivated with our target schools over the years continue to strengthen and we get an overall sense that more and more students are aware of the KCIC brand before we even set foot on campus. Our class of ten hails from five top-ranked colleges and universities: the College of William and Mary, Georgetown University, the University of Richmond, the University of Virginia, and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). Our newest class also includes two former interns and we could not be happier that, after a summer of working with us, they decided to join us full-time.
As we have previously written on the blog, KCIC employees are working from home due to the COVID-19 situation and will be for the foreseeable future. With the Class of 2020 joining us next week, they will begin remotely. We are confident that, because of KCIC’s Core Values that are a part of each and every one of us and the robust technology that Carrie Scott and her team have put in place, the on-boarding process will be virtually seamless.
We are all very excited to meet our newest hires and are hard at work preparing for their arrival. From the training team preparing the most thorough training program to date, to the social team planning fun virtual events to introduce our newest faces to the firm, we are all invested mightily in ensuring we give them a proper KCIC welcome. Without further ado, please welcome the KCIC Class of 2020:

Georgetown University – Herbert Fletcher
University of Richmond – Hannah Lewis, Leah Reistle, Sarah Shavo, Micah Siewert
