Next week, I will be heading down the seaboard to attend and speak at Perrin Conferences’ National Asbestos Litigation Conference in Charleston, South Carolina. The two-day event takes place September 11-12, and the schedule is full of interesting panel discussions, starting with the one I will take part in on the first morning.
I am pleased to take part in the first topic panel of the conference, — National Trends Driving Asbestos Litigation — which will address filing trends, hot jurisdictions and future projections as well as an overview of recent verdicts. I will be joined by fellow panelists John Cosmich of Cosmich, Simmons & Brown; Thomas W. Edgington of Travelers; and Joseph F. Rice of Motley Rice LLC
The full conference agenda can be found here. If you’re planning to attend, please let me know. I hope to see you Charleston!
