This is a reminder that the filing deadline for contingent claims against Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company and its former subsidiaries is set for November 10, 2017. All policyholders who had previously submitted contingent proofs of claim must now demonstrate that these claims have been paid or liquidated by that date in order to share in the Class (D) distributions of the estate. Unliquidated claims that were timely filed may still be allowed under Class (E).
