This is a reminder that the contingent claims filing deadline for all creditors of Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company, American Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company, and American Motorists Insurance Company ("the Lumbermens Companies") is set for November 10, 2016. All policyholders who had previously submitted contingent proofs of claim must now demonstrate that their claims have been liquidated or paid in order to share in the Class (D) distributions of the estate. Unliquidated claims may still be allowed under Class (E).
