I’m looking forward to attending and speaking at the American Bar Association’s 2021 Women in Litigation Joint CLE Conference in Boston, November 17-19, 2021, and I hope to see you there.
The three-day event is an opportunity to learn from leading litigators from across the nation and introduce yourself to judges, expert litigators, and in-house counsel during several networking opportunities. The conference will include 16 dynamic programs highlighting women leaders, emotional intelligence, and the gender gap.
On Friday, November 19, I will be part of a breakout session panel titled “Use of Experts in Insurance Coverage Litigation: Overview, Recent Trends, and Practical Dos and Don’ts.” My fellow panelists and I will give an overview of the use of experts in insurance coverage litigation and how it differs from the use of experts in litigation in general, as well as recent trends we have observed in case law and practice, followed by a discussion on practical tips.
I look forward to this event each year. I always leave recharged and inspired. Especially after our long hiatus, I truly cannot wait to see familiar faces, and meet new ones.
