KCIC has announced that Michelle Potter and Carrie Scott each have been promoted to Vice President.
In her new role, Ms. Potter will continue to oversee consulting teams, client relationships, and the development of KCIC’s claims administration and product liability services. As part of the leadership team, she also will help KCIC grow and evolve by continuing to exemplify our corporate values, diversifying our product offerings, and increasing the richness of our employee experience.
Likewise, in her new role, Ms. Scott will continue leading the development and maintenance of KCIC technology and its Ligado Platform products, as well as oversee KCIC clients in the management of their product liabilities.
