Jonathan will speak at 3:10 p.m. on Thursday, June 28 during a session titled “Bankruptcy Effect." Joining him will be Jennifer Studebaker from Forman Watkin & Krutz LLP. They will discuss how the recent bankruptcy of Georgia Pacific (Bestwall) affects the rest of defendants and how using bankruptcy offsets or alternative exposure helps  a defendant’s case, They will also examine if state bankruptcy transparency legislation helps defendants.
