I am very much looking forward to attending Perrin's Asbestos Litigation Conference next week in Miami Beach. The upcoming Perrin conference will be held at the Eden Roc Miami Beach Resort and will be held from Monday, March 11th through Wednesday, March 13th. The conference is kicking off with a new Rapid Connections Session, where judges, in-house counsel, insurance executives, and conference attendees have the opportunity to network together and explore potential collaborations in a casual environment.
On Tuesday morning, I will be presenting on a panel titled “The Top Emerging Trends in Asbestos Litigation” held from 9:00 to 10:00 am (EST). This panel offers a detailed overview of the latest trends and data from KCIC’s annual Asbestos Litigation Year in Review. Topics covered will include:
Several notable industry professionals will be joining me on this panel, including moderator, Joseph W. Belluck, Esq. (Belluck & Fox, LLP, New York, NY), and co-panelists Frederick C. Schaefer (Associate Vice President, Nationwide, Wausau, WI), Kevin E. Hexstall Esq. (Marshall Dennehey, Philadelphia, PA), and Debra Forsythe (Sr. Director, Epiq, Charlotte, NC). Their collective experience and expertise offer a comprehensive view of the evolving asbestos litigation landscape.
