On Wednesday, May 18, I will be speaking as part of Perrin’s Sexual Abuse Litigation and Coverage Conference. I hope to “see” you during this virtual gathering. The conference begins at 11 a.m. ET. KCIC is a partner of the event.
The session I will take part in is “Insurance Coverage Issues,” from 3:15 p.m. to 4 p.m. ET. I’ll be joined by Jeffrey P. Fritz, Esq., Soloff & Zervanos; Richard Janisch, Principal & Founder, Arcina Risk Group; and Jeffrey L. Kingsley, Esq., Goldberg Segalla. Together, we’ll discuss insurance archaeology to locate policies and historic insurance assets as well as issues impacting coverage and engaging the insurance markets. The full conference agenda can be found here.
KCIC is at the forefront of working with organizations facing sexual abuse claims to locate past insurance policies and help secure recovery from insurers. We applaud Perrin Conferences for tackling this sensitive, but important topic. This is the fourth overall conference (including both in-person and virtual) put on by Perrin in less than three years. I also spoke at the one in November 2021, which I attended with my colleague Elizabeth Hanke. I shared my thoughts afterwards.
Perrin Conferences provides complimentary registration to in-house counsel and insurance claims professionals who assign work to outside counsel.
Please join the conversation if you are able and look for a follow-up post from me after the event.
