For the 2022-2023 recruiting cycle, KCIC focused on building upon our recruiting program’s solid foundation by deepening the existing relationships we have with several schools, as well as expanding and enhancing our efforts. The primary goal was to connect with students who share similar career aspirations that align with KCIC's core values.

At the core of these efforts has been our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment, ensuring that all members of the KCIC community can thrive. In line with our Diversity and Inclusion core value, we proudly continued our partnership with the University of Virginia to sponsor the Diversity Liaison program, broadening our outreach to new student populations. At William & Mary, we are also proud to support the school’s diversity programming. 

KCIC actively participated in recruiting events at Georgetown University, George Washington University, Morgan State University, Northwestern University, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of Richmond, and the College of William & Mary. Morgan State University is a new addition to the list, and we look forward to building a stronger relationship in the years ahead.

We are particularly pleased to highlight the continued growth of our Chicago office! Three of our new consultants are starting their roles there, hailing from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. We are just building our foundation in Chicago, and we anticipate more exciting recruiting initiatives in the area in the future.
