This is a reminder that January 11, 2016 is the Bar Date for claims against Independent Insurance Company Limited. Claim forms and supporting evidence must be submitted by mail or email to the Scheme Manager before the Bar Date in order to be eligible to receive a dividend under the Scheme. Any claims received after this date will not be admitted into the Scheme.
