By court order dated May 16, 2017, any creditor with outstanding unliquidated or contingent claims against Fremont Indemnity Company ("Fremont") must file an updated proof of claim form by September 29, 2017. Only claims that are demonstrated to have been liquidated or resolved by July 28, 2017 will be considered eligible for payment. The original claims must also have been filed by June 30, 2004.
