By court order dated May 16, 2017, any creditor with outstanding unliquidated or contingent claims against Fremont Indemnity Company ("Fremont") must file an updated proof of claim form by September 29, 2017. Only claims that are demonstrated to have been liquidated or resolved by July 28, 2017 will be considered eligible for payment.
Fremont was ordered into liquidation on July 2, 2003 and the proof of claim date was June 30, 2004.
