SCOR UK Company Limited is proposing a Part VII business transfer scheme to transfer responsibility of business written by Anglo French Insurance Company Limited to R&Q Gamma Company Limited. Anglo French only underwrote between 1958 and 1969 and has been in run-off since; the transfer would include all Anglo French policies. R&Q has already assumed claims-handling responsibilities, so the transfer would not change who is managing claims against Anglo French policies. A hearing is scheduled March 3, 2020 and the scheme, if approved, is expected to take effect on March 5, 2020. For more information, please read here.

A hearing is scheduled for March 16, 2020 and the scheme, if approved, is expected to take effect on April 1, 2020. For more information, please read here.
